This tiny guy reveled in the hustle and bustle of the city even though he was a first time visitor. Spent the day with our dogs George and Martha---became an honorary pack member, all while his parents were out in the Hamptons.

Where's Pepper?, she lives with her human family including "Peter the Kid" and "Penny the Dog".
Though I've visited her on several occasions while they were away-------she said "Hello" only once and never said "Goodbye"!
So the cartoon is a place holder till I catch her off guard.
